The Group run for Sunday Mar 19th will be from Pacers and Racers to run 8-22 miles. Start at 7:00am. The track workout for Tues Mar 21st will be 8-10 x 300 with a 100 rest. The long workout will be a 1200 with a 400 rest then a 400 with a 400 rest 3 sets. Meet at the Clarksville High School Track at 6:45pm.If any questions call Tom Coulter at 502-526-3515.
