The Group run for Sunday Feb 26th will be from Coffee Crossing on Charlestown Rd NewAlbany to run 8-18 miles start at 7:00am. The track workout for Tues Feb 28th will be 8-12 x 200 with a 200 rest. The long workout will be 4-6 x 800 with a 400rest. Meet at the Clarksville High School Track at 6:45pm.If any questions call Tom Coulter at 502-526-3515.
