The group run for Sun Feb 18th will be from Pacers and Racers to run 8-12 miles start at 8:00am. the track workout for Tues Feb 20th will be a ladder 200,400,600,800,600,400,200. The long workout will be 6 x 800 with a 400 rest. Meet at Clarksville High School Track at 6:45pm. If any questions call Tom Coulter at 502-526-3515
