The Group Run for Sunday Oct 15th will be from the YMCA in Jeffersonville to run 8-15 miles start at 7:00am. The track workout for Tues Oct 17th will be 8-12 x 200 with a 200 rest.Meet at Clarksville High School Track at 6:45pm. Hope to see everyone there. If any questions call Tom Coulter at 502-526-3515.
