We are Back!

The group run for Sunday Dec 5th will be from the Big Four Bridge to run 8-12 miles start at 7:00am. The Track workout for Tuesday Dec 7th will be 6-8 x 300 with a 100 rest,or you can do your own workout, Meet at Clarksville H.S track at 6:30 pm.
