We are Back!

The Group Run for Sun May 15th will be from Pacers and Racers to run 6-12 miles start at 8:00am. The track workout for Tues May 17th will be 8-10 x 300 with a 100 rest, or you can do your own workout, start at 6:30pm. Any Questions call Tom at 502-526-3515.
