The Group Run for Sun Nov 10th will be from the YMCA in Jeffersonville to run 8-12 miles start at 7:00am. The track workout for Tues Nov 12th will be 8-12 x 200 with a 200 rest. Or you can even do your own workout. Track is free to everyone. Meet at the Clarksville Track at 6:45pm.
